Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cardper ("the App"), operated by WEBYAP YAZILIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, İzmir, Republic of Türkiye. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App, and older where your local law sets a higher age. You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal or internal business purposes and in line with these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

2. Financial Disclaimer

Cardper is a tracking and reminder tool. It is not a bank, a payment service, a lender, a credit bureau or a financial adviser, and nothing in the App is financial, tax or legal advice. The App does not make payments on your behalf and does not connect to your bank accounts.

You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for reviewing your own statements, and for making your payments on time. We are not liable for missed payments, late fees, interest charges, credit score effects or any other consequence arising from your reliance on the App, including cases where a reminder is delayed or not delivered by your device or operating system.

3. Accounts and Cloud Sync

The App works without an account. If you enable Cloud Sync you create an account through Apple or Google sign in. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for all activity carried out through it. We may suspend or terminate an account that is used in breach of these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, Billing and Cancellation

Cardper Pro is an auto renewing subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The price, billing period and any introductory offer are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.

You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings, not in the App. Refunds are handled by the store under its own policy. Free features remain available if you cancel, subject to the limits of the free tier.

5. User Content and Data

You keep all rights to the content and records you create in the App. Because Cardper is local first, that content is stored on your device unless you turn on Cloud Sync, in which case you grant us a limited licence to store and transmit it solely to provide the sync service to you. We do not use your content for advertising and we do not sell it.

You are responsible for keeping your own backups. Uninstalling the App without Cloud Sync enabled will delete your local data permanently.

6. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Advertising

The free tier is supported by advertising. By using the free tier you agree that ads may be displayed inside the App. Where consent is required for personalized advertising, we request it separately and you may change your choice at any time. Pro subscribers see no ads.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its name, logo, design, text and software are owned by WEBYAP YAZILIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a personal, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable licence to use the App. Bank names and card program names shown in the App belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

We aim to keep the App and any sync service available and reliable, but we provide them "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and we may release updates that require a recent operating system version. Notifications depend on your device settings and platform delivery, which we do not control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, savings or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the App evolves or the law requires. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above and, where appropriate, announced in the App. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may allow you to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
